Returns & Refunds Policy
At Soltra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Complete with all original tags and packaging.
Free from any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.) or pet hair.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards.
Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
Intimate apparel (if applicable).
2. Exchanges (Sizing & Defects)
We understand that finding the perfect fit for Jeans and Jackets can be tricky.
Defective or Damaged: We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged at no cost to you.
Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, please contact us at support@soltra.site. The item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
3. The Return Process
Contact Us: Email support@soltra.site with your order number and the reason for return.
Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Shipping: Send your item to our fulfillment center:

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale” event are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
