At Soltra, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel directly from our warehouse to your doorstep. Unlike made-to-order brands, our items are ready-to-ship, allowing for a faster and more efficient fulfillment process.
1. Order Processing Time
We know you’re excited to receive your new pieces!

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Each item undergoes a final quality inspection before being carefully packaged and handed over to our carriers.
2. Shipping Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 5–10 business days.

International: 7–20 business days.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination and the total weight of your order.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey through the link provided in the email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Soltra has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soltra is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@soltra.site within 12 hours of placing your order.
